By accessing or using our website or booking an event at Overton Farm, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our venue agreements.

2. Event Bookings & Cancellation

Reservations for weddings, corporate meetings, and private gatherings are confirmed upon execution of a written contract and receipt of the required deposit. Cancellation terms and weather contingency provisions are outlined in specific booking agreements.

3. Property Rules & Conduct

Guests are expected to treat the historic buildings, grounds, and natural areas with respect. All vendor partners must be properly licensed and insured according to venue standards.
