What is the capacity of the venue?
What are the rental fees and what do they include?
Our rental fees vary based on the season, day of the week, and the specific spaces you wish to use. The fee includes tables, chairs, linens, set-up, and clean-up. Please contact us for a detailed quote.
What is the booking process?
To book our venue, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit are required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own vendors, except for food vendors, as we provide in-house catering. All outside vendors must meet our insurance and licensing requirements to ensure safety and professionalism at your event. This includes providing the necessary documentation before the event. We encourage collaboration with your chosen vendors to make sure your day is seamless. Whether it’s photographers, Florists, or entertainment, we’ll work with them to ensure they align with our venue’s standards and contribute to a memorable experience.
Do you offer on-site catering?
Yes, we have a full-time chef on staff “Upon request” who can create a customized menu for your event. Other In-House catering services are available. Outside catering is Not permitted without prior approval.
Is there a bridal suite available?
Yes, we have a luxurious bridal suite available for the bride and her party to prepare in comfort and style. The suite is spacious and elegantly designed, providing a relaxing atmosphere for the bridal party to get ready together.
